My phone stopped updating

1. Pull down to refresh the page, or open your invite link again.
2. Give it 15 seconds. The producer's Next sends the rundown every 15 seconds.

   Until the producer is in Run mode, your phone says it is waiting for the director.

3. Still stuck? Tell the producer.

   Your screen keeps the last update and its clock keeps running, so Now and Next still move on the last timings you got. Changes made after that point don't show yet.

Is it connected again?

It says "Access removed"

I'm the producer

1. File → Save to Drive. Save again after big changes.
2. File → Download .xlsx for a copy on this laptop.
3. Go to Run mode. Crew follow Run mode.
4. Check the ● online count against your crew list.
5. Using OBS or vMix? The Switcher button shows ✓. Call the first segment, watch the switcher cut, then press Undo. For vMix, press Start on the script in Settings → Scripting: vMix doesn't start it by itself.

1. Crew say their phone froze? Check Next is open and in Run mode. Their phone catches up within 15 seconds of reconnecting.
2. Removed someone by mistake? Open Crew, add them again, press Save, then Copy link and send it to them.
3. OBS or vMix didn't cut? Cut by hand in the switcher. Next won't move off your cut until you call again. If the next call misses too, check the Source cell's spelling against the scene or input name, and that the Switcher button shows ✓. All switcher checks →
