Build your rundown, run it live, and put the show on every screen that needs it. One driver calls it; the whole crew follows — each on their own lane.

The full run-of-show walkthrough — start a show, build it, time it, bring your crew in, run it live.

See it run

Build it · run it · the crew watches their feed on a phone — switch the view:

01What it does

Build

A 20-column rundown — segment, timing, talent, and a cue for every department (camera, audio, lighting, graphics, slides, prompter, playback). Times cascade automatically; pin breaks and meals to the wall clock.

Run

Flip to Run mode: a live show clock, Now and Up-Next, auto-scroll to the live segment, and mark-as-aired as you go. Pop it out to a second screen for the floor.

Broadcast

Invite your crew by email. Each one watches a live feed filtered to their role — on a laptop or their phone — updating the instant you do.

Bring it anywhere

Your rundown is an .xlsx in your own Drive — yours to keep, edit in Excel, hand off. Nothing of yours lives on our servers.

02The ways to use it

Next runs any show on a clock — not just video. Award shows and live-to-tape broadcasts, multi-day sales kickoffs and corporate general sessions, a wedding day, a school field trip, a boardroom budget review. If it has a running order and people who need to stay in sync, Next runs it.

start from a template

Don't start from a blank grid.

Browse the run-of-show template gallery — award show, sales kickoff, all-hands — and download one or open it straight in Next. Already inside? File → New from template… loads them in one click. Change it to your show, go.

03Connect your crew

one driver · many screens · same path

Everyone knows what they need to know, when they need to know it.

One person drives the show. Everyone you invite watches a feed tuned to their role — the camera op sees camera cues, A1 sees audio, the stage manager sees what's now and what's next — so the whole crew moves down the same path together, in real time.

On a fast floor, pull out a phone: the crew view auto-follows the live segment, so anyone can glance down and see exactly what's happening and what's coming.

Hand off the wheel. Pass control to another member and they drive from wherever they are — they just need their own Starting Frame membership to take it.

$Membership

Next is a Starting Frame membership tool — for the producer driving and for anyone who takes the wheel. Invited crew watch their live feed as part of the show. (Cue's motion-graphics tools stay free for everyone.)
