Are these Blender tools?

Almost all of them, yes — Blender add-ons (Sprawl, Studio Stage, Tumbol, Curator), a free Blender material pack (SF Wood), and two connectors that carry a Blender shot into After Effects or DaVinci Resolve. The one exception is the Phone Mockup kit, which is a DaVinci Resolve scene file and needs no Blender at all.
