Paste an .srt (or load a file) and the face lip-syncs the line across its timecode — vowels open, m/b/p close, o/u round — with brows that lift on questions and exclamations, and natural idle blinks between lines.
Grain (RGB pixel-TV), Filled (soft white glass), Smear (datamosh red with scan streaks), Sweep (green CRT scan-beam), and Vector (smooth cute-robot eyes, no dots). Each is a different screen over the same performance.
Set the resolution and pixel size, glow, talk energy, and blink rate, and colour the eyes, brows, and mouth. Grain and Smear keep the screen black so the face self-mattes on a Blender emission material.

It reads the text of each subtitle and steps a phoneme-approximate mouth across the line's timecode — a plausible flap keyed to the letters, not audio. Brows lift on ? and !. It runs entirely offline, with no AI.
Yes — export the MP4 and plug it into an Image Texture → Emission node to light up your robot's screen. The dark-background looks self-matte, so the face reads as lit pixels with no alpha needed.
