Cue · Callout — free, one sign-in

Say the big thing, bigger.

Callout makes the emphasis graphics that land a point — a headline, a stat, a name and title — animated and ready to drop over your video. (Most people call these lower thirds; Callout makes them say more.) Free, in your browser, no watermark.

What it does.

Headline + supporting line

A bold statement up top, the proof underneath — the classic name/title lower-third, or any two-line emphasis card, animated in.

Stat and number callouts

Count-up numbers, percentages, big figures — the cards that stop a scroll and make a stat land.

Sequences from an .srt

Drop in a multi-cue subtitle file and Callout plays each cue as its own card on your timing — a whole lower-third sequence in one render.

Transparent export

Export a transparent (alpha) .webm to lay over your footage in OBS or Resolve — or a clean MP4. No watermark, at no cost.

Questions.

Is the lower-thirds maker free?

Yes — Callout is free — sign in once (free; it also adds you to our newsletter), with no watermark. Make name/title bars, stat cards, and callout sequences and export them at no cost.

What is a lower third?

A lower third is the graphic that appears over the lower portion of the screen to name a speaker or make a point — a name and title, a statistic, or a key line. Callout makes animated lower thirds and emphasis cards in your browser.

Can I make stat or number callouts?

Yes — Callout animates count-up numbers, percentages, and big figures, so a statistic builds on screen instead of just sitting there.

Can I export with a transparent background?

Yes. Callout exports a transparent (alpha) .webm that composites over your video in OBS or DaVinci Resolve, plus a standard MP4.

Is there a watermark?

No. Your lower thirds and callouts are clean — Starting Frame never brands what you make.
