Curator — v0.2 (Blender 4.2+)
Organize anything you want to reuse — objects, materials, lights, cameras,
collections, node groups, worlds — into a clean, catalogued Asset Browser
library. Local, no account, no lock-in.

── INSTALL ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
1. Blender ▸ Edit ▸ Preferences ▸ Add-ons
2. Top-right dropdown ▸ Install from Disk…
3. Pick curator.py (in this folder)
4. Tick "Curator" to enable it
5. In the 3D viewport press N ▸ sidebar tab "Curator"

── USE ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Curator ▸ Organize into Library:
  • Library — pick a destination folder (make a fresh one)
  • Keep which — tick Materials / Objects / Collections / Node groups / Worlds
  • Selected only— restrict to what's selected (off = everything in the file)
  • Click "Organize into Library"

Then register the folder once:
Edit ▸ Preferences ▸ File Paths ▸ Asset Libraries ▸ + → pick your folder.
Open an Asset Browser, choose it — everything's there, catalogued.

It writes NEW files only; your open file is never saved (Undo reverts the session).
Warnings (e.g. a missing texture) print to Window ▸ Toggle System Console.
